Exercise is so obviously a key element to living a healthy lifestyle, but don’t be fooled into thinking the key to exercise is finding a flash big gym full of fancy looking machines.  The key to real fitness is finding a functional full body fitness program that is scientifically designed to put the right stressors on your body and utilise all of your muscle groups and all of your energy systems.  An exercise session of this type may only take 15 to 20 minutes 2 to 3 times a week but will give you alot more benefit than a conventional gym program or class after class of aerobics.  Some examples of these types of programs are:
